Customers are requested to provide complete details of equipment such as Plate MOC, Gasket MOC , Flange details & its application, type of fouling for selection of cleaning agent, Pump capacity etc.
If required, sample of scale will be asked or Inspection can be done on request. Scale sample shall be tested at our laboratory before we come for CIP service. For water scale like carbonates and silicates scale which are common, we have our ready chemicals.
The cleaning agent being chosen is based on the recommendations by various reputed manufacturers and based on the fouling and our 20 years experiences. We always ensure that this chosen chemicals do not affect the base material. We ensure that the efficiency of equipment is increased after chemical cleaning.
