Condensers
Remove heat from a gaseous stream through condensation
Industrial condensers play a vital role as heat exchangers in various processes. They handle gaseous process streams, effectively cooling them below the dewpoint to convert most of the material into liquid form. This gas-to-liquid transformation ensures efficient heat transfer and facilitates the recovery and reuse of valuable substances. Condensers are essential components in industries like petrochemicals, power generation, and refrigeration, optimizing energy efficiency and process performance.
Application
Ammonia condenser : In ammonia refrigeration system, the ammonia needs to be condensed .
In the refrigerant cycle, ammonia gas undergoes compression through the application of the compressor. This causes the gas to heat up under pressurization. The gas moves into the condenser where heat is dissipated outside by air cooled or water cooled.
This condenses the ammonia, changing it into liquid form, but still at high pressure.
Steam condenser/ surface condenser
Maximize energy efficiency by reusing turbine exhaust steam in liquid form. Recover valuable resources with this eco-friendly approach for sustainable operations.
